How to troubleshoot when ByVoice can't read notifications

1. How to do when ByVoice does not read notifications after update

This problem occurs because the notification access rights setting is not recognized. You can solve it by one of the following:

  • Go to the "Main Screen -> Permissions -> Notification Access Rights" menu and cancel the notification access rights and set again.
  • Reinstall the app
  • Reboot the system

2. When trying to set notification access rights, it says "This feature is not available on this device."

The message is the one that appears when your device is Android Go Edition. Android Go Edition essentially prevents users from giving apps access to notifications. Therefore, Android Go Edition users cannot use this app.

3. How to do when ByVoice suddenly stops reading notifications

This is caused by the ByVoice app not working properly in the background. Take the following actions:

* In addition to the steps below, if you are using a 3rd party battery optimization app, you should set ByVoice to be excluded from it.

* To make ByVoice read notifications properly, not only ByVoice but also other apps displaying notifications should run in the background. Please take the same measures for other apps that have to show alerts on time.
